You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and play on viv288. We enforce strict age verification (KYC) and reserve the right to close accounts found to belong to underage users, with immediate forfeiture of any balances accrued in breach of this rule.
Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata are processed instantly. Withdrawals are fulfilled on a best-efforts basis; average processing times are 10–15 minutes for verified accounts during WIB business hours, but are not guaranteed contractually.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Misuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting, coordinated abuse, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

By creating an account or placing a wager you irrevocably accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on viv288. This is a strict legal requirement applicable to all Indonesian players. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 or older. viv288 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
The Platform is operated for and principally targeted at players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local law. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering contracts — including, without limitation, those subject to court-ordered guardianship — are not permitted to register or play.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on viv288 at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identification card (KTP), a valid email address, and a current Indonesian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account and must notify viv288 promptly of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. viv288 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or permit any third party to access or use your Account. All wagers and transactions must be initiated personally by the registered Account holder.
viv288 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing the first withdrawal and periodically thereafter. KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:
Standard KYC reviews are completed within 24 hours of document submission during WIB business days. viv288 reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are unclear, expired, or otherwise insufficient. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first deposit will result in suspension of withdrawal rights. Accounts that remain unverified for 90 days may be closed at viv288's discretion, with funds handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
viv288 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual bank transfer limits imposed by your bank remain applicable.
Deposits made via supported Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to your viv288 Account within minutes of bank confirmation. viv288 does not accept deposits in cash, via cryptocurrency, or from any payment method not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). viv288 does not currently support mul ti-currency accounts. Any bank conversion fees charged by your financial institution are your sole responsibility.
All deposit funds must represent legitimately sourced personal funds. viv288 actively monitors deposit patterns for indicators of money laundering and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Account holder. Deposits that cannot be verified as legitimately sourced may be frozen pending investigation.
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the viv288 Account. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts are strictly prohibited.
viv288 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within 10–15 minutes for fully verified accounts during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the next available opportunity. Processing times are provided as estimates only and are not contractually guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day, or where additional verification is required.
The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.000. Players wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding this threshold must submit multiple requests or contact the support team to arrange a structured withdrawal plan. VIP-tier players (Platinum and above) benefit from elevated single-transaction withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP programme terms.
Withdrawals may only be made from Player Balance (verified, withdrawable funds). Any portion of the Account balance that remains subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through systematic low-risk play, hedging, or abuse of multiple game types may result in bonus cancellation and, in severe cases, Account suspension.
viv288 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and BRI Liga 1 milestones. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount on Eligible Games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering progress is calculated on net bets placed (wager minus return on winning bets). Games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements; full contribution rates are published on the Promotions page.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated at the time of issue — typically 7 calendar days from award — will be automatically forfeited. Wagering requirements must be completed within the same validity window. Extensions are not granted except at viv288's sole discretion in documented exceptional circumstances.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, associated winnings, and potential Account suspension:
viv288 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of withdrawal will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.
viv288 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its absolute discretion, including — without limitation — wagers that exceed our risk parameters, wagers placed on events where the outcome is already known, and wagers placed in error due to manifest technical or pricing errors. In the case of a manifest error, viv288 will notify affected players and void the relevant bets as soon as the error is identified.
viv288 offers dedicated Indonesian-market sports betting formats including bandar bola (ball banker sportsbook markets) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator betting). These markets are governed by the specific rules published within each market type. Asian handicap lines, including voor bola (goal handicap), are settled strictly in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, UEFA for European competitions).
Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time risk management. viv288 may suspend live betting markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a suspension notification is displayed will stand, provided no material information affecting the outcome was publicly available at the time of acceptance that was not reflected in the offered odds.
Results for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets listed on viv288 are determined by the official draw results of the respective reference market. viv288 does not conduct independent lottery draws. In the event of a disputed reference result, viv288 will consult the official source and, where no authoritative result is available within 48 hours of the scheduled draw, void all affected bets and return stakes to Player Balances.
All game outcomes, settlement decisions, and account balance calculations made by viv288 are final and binding. Players who disagree with a settlement outcome may raise a formal complaint through the process described in Clause 16. The result of viv288's internal review process, and any subsequent independent arbitration, shall be conclusive.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the viv288 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
Funds Forfeiture Notice: viv288 explicitly reserves the right to withhold and permanently forfeit the entire balance of any Account found to be in breach of the prohibitions set out in Clause 9. This includes both deposited funds and winnings accumulated during the period of prohibited activity.
All content on the viv288 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of viv288 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from viv288.
viv288 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. viv288 will not be liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network outages, and regulatory interventions.
viv288 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through gambling on the Platform. By registering and placing wagers, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered. All gambling decisions are made by you voluntarily and at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, viv288's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — regardless of the form of action — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
viv288 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — arising in connection with your use of the Platform, even if viv288 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
viv288 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. We apply industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data in transit and store personal data in secure, access-controlled environments.
viv288 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of player-protection tools including deposit limits, session time controls, reality-check notifications, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Self-Exclusion: Players wishing to permanently self-exclude from viv288 should contact our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period chosen by the player. You must be 21 or older to use this Platform — if you believe a minor has accessed an account, contact us immediately.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting viv288 customer support. Upon closure, any verified Player Balance not subject to pending wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
viv288 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) KYC documents cannot be verified; (c) suspicious financial activity is detected; (d) the Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months; or (e) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. viv288 will make reasonable efforts to contact you using your registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 to the account balance. Accounts reaching a zero balance will be closed. Reactivation is available upon successful login and identity re-verification.
viv288 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file, with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the Platform's operating licence jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are encouraged to contact viv288 customer support to seek an informal resolution. The majority of Account and settlement queries are resolved within 48 hours through direct communication with our team.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, you may submit a formal written complaint to viv288 at the contact email below. We will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and issue a final response within 28 calendar days. If you remain unsatisfied with our final response, the matter may be referred to our designated independent dispute resolution (ADR) body, whose decision shall be binding on both parties.
Disputes relating to individual game results, random number generation outcomes, or sports event settlements are subject to viv288's internal review only. Such outcomes cannot be referred to external ADR where the dispute arises solely from the random or statistical nature of the result rather than from a procedural or technical error on our part.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. They supersede all previous versions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
